Belle Isle Elderly Aid was a charity registered with the charity commission since 1985 (701895). We changed our name to Belle Isle Senior Action – BISA, at our AGM on 18/09/2019. We are one of forty ‘Neighbourhood Network’ schemes in Leeds supported by Leeds City Council. Our aim is to help older people to remain living at home as long as possible. The organisation is managed by a committee of local residents elected annually at a public meeting.
